We're looking for a Research & Development Manager to help Blitz continue innovating and creating new flavors and products for the healthy snacking movement in the Philippines.
Over the past 9 months, we've grown ~50% month-on-month and expanded to 100+ partner locations. We're now looking for someone to lead our R&D efforts and help build great-tasting, better-for-you snacks at scale.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious who wants to create products that will define the future of healthy snacking in the country. You'll work directly with the founders across all R&D and take full ownership of new product initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Help
    lead Blitz's R&D engine from concept to production
  • Run fast, creative experimentation cycles to perfect taste, texture, and nutrition
  • Work closely with the founders to turn ideas into validated, launch-ready products
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and a smooth transition from R&D to full manufacturing
