QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Graduate of any Agriculture or Marketing Management related courses;

  2. Knowledgeable in Farming and Farmer Relations;

  3. With Motorcycle and license;

  4. With effective communication skills;

  5. Punctual and reliable;

  6. Willing to be relocated nationwide;

  7. Can start immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. To promote and create demand for Aljay products.

  2. To create 60% sales on general trade. (Support for -D.S.M - District Sales Manager

    only).

  3. To execute ground programs by the marketing department.

  4. To outsourcing farmer for online communities and other means of social platform.

  5. With initiative to answer comments of online post once uploaded to social media.

  6. To take over responsibility to the assigned area in the absence of superiors.

  7. To collaborate with the for YFramers Training Camp.

  8. To monitor dealers Aljay products inventory.

  9. To update monthly crop status reported to DSM.

  10. Compliance to Company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

  11. To attend on other duties assigned by direct Superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php24,000.00 per month
