We are a rapidly expanding marketing agency based in Los Angeles seeking a highly articulate, detail oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager to facilitate efficient communication between our Division Managers and our clients. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional English language proficiency, clear, courteous, and professional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and, above all, a welcoming and amicable personality. This role is distinct from that of a customer service representative in a call center. As a Project Manager, you will bear the responsibility of ensuring the long-term success of a select group of clients. A key aspect of the role will involve cultivating lasting relationships with clients and establishing trust and confidence with a view to expanding our accounts.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients via email and phone to gain approval for billable web edits

Onboarding new accounts as efficiently as possible

Coordinating with our team to ensure timely completion of tasks

Liaising with our accounting department to ensure all work is billed accurately

Organizing tasks and notes through various software

Monitoring worker's time to ensure accurate time tracking

Filing reports as necessary

Professionally addressing any client issues

Identifying opportunities for growing client accounts

Handling special projects and new opportunities as they arise

Job Requirements:

Client management experience

Ability to communicate effectively with clients via email, video call, and phone

Familiarity with various digital marketing services

Experience using task management tools such as Monday, .
