We're looking for a full-time Compliance Specialist to join our team and ensure that our business practices, communications, and processes strictly follow TCPA, FTC, and other relevant regulations. In this role, you'll be key to protecting our operations, guiding leadership, and implementing strong compliance strategies for our clients' websites and services.

Compensation: Php 55,000/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with TCPA, FTC, and consumer protection regulations.
  • Review business activities, marketing campaigns, and communication methods to confirm they meet compliance standards.
  • Create, update, and manage compliance policies, procedures, and records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and advise on regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify compliance gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Stay current with regulatory updates and share changes with the team.
  • Train and support staff on compliance best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, ideally with TCPA/FTC rules or consumer protection laws.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. compliance frameworks.
  • Strong attention to detail and risk analysis skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex regulations into actionable business guidance.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Background in compliance, legal, or audit roles is a strong advantage.
