Job Summary:

We are looking for a Creatives and Social Media Specialist to join our team and help build a strong online presence for our brand. This role combines graphic design, content creation, and social media management to drive engagement, grow our audience, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Design eye-catching graphics, visuals, and promotional materials for web and print
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, and ads
  • Develop video content for reels, stories, and marketing campaign

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
  • Analyze metrics to optimize performance and reach

Brand and Campaign Support:

  • Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and tone
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and events
  • Stay updated with trends, tools, and platform updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Communications, Design, or any related course.
  • With 3-5 years of experience in design, social media management, content creation, photo and video editing.
  • Proficient and have a strong background in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
