Responsibilities:

  • Real time performance monitoring & ensure all metrics are met as per Client's Quality standards are timelines
  • Sharing proactive alerts on running performance with internal stakeholders.
  • Support PEX with Data and insights for process improvement
  • Inventory Management for the account
  • To Ensure All Reports Are Delivered To Schedule With The Highest Standards of Accuracy.
  • To Monitor And Address Any Performance Issues Within Your Remit And Ensure Correct Procedures Are Followed.
  • Ensures Issues Are Identified, Tracked, Reported And Resolved In A Pro-Active Manner.
  • A Strong Analytical and Logical Focus To Problem Solving.
  • Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Communicate Updates To The Team.
  • Proven Ability To Meet Deadlines And Work In A Fast-Paced Team Environment.
  • Excellent Presentation Skill
