Field Sales Officer - Pasay City

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating CASA deposits and actively cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services. You will engage with potential clients, build relationships, and promote our offerings to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients to open CASA (Current and Savings Account) deposits
  • Cross-sell other banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank's products and services to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Must be willing to be assigned in
