QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Interior Design, Ceramic Engineering, Business course or any relevant field.
  • With at least 1-year working experience in SALES or PROJECT from any construction or Building Materials (such as TILES, FLOORING PRODUCTS, SANITARY WARE, ACP, Steel roofing, etc.) any related industries
  • With existing clients, such as Engineer, Architect, Interior Designers, Developers, Contractors, Builders, Contractions Firms, or has an active portfolio, networks etc.
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving
  • Team Player
  • Background in B2B (business to business) or B2C
  • Confident, smart, and presentable
  • Goal Oriented
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PASAY
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Does business-to-business (B2B) sales roles
  • Establishing relationships with new clients and managing the needs of existing clients
  • Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
  • Generating leads and reaching out to prospects, and clients
  • To acquire new clients / Can establish new accounts,
  • Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
  • Build a relationship with potential clients and close sales.
  • Attending clients meetings or presentation
  • With experience in joining bidding for projects (Government or private)
  • Do fieldwork and travel to cover a territory/area.
