Responsibilities

  • Supports the Product Head in driving growth and retention of the GCash Pera Outlet business
  • Defines the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap; manages operations and associated P&L
  • Develops and maintains a pipeline of engaging campaigns and promotions
  • Coordinates with Product Performance, Sales, Growth, and CXM teams for effective campaign execution
  • Understands partner business objectives and leads Business Reviews and joint planning to deliver value
  • Analyzes product performance data to inform strategy and execution
  • Leads internal projects for platform and category development as needed
  • Establishes scalable documentation and operational processes
  • Supports Pera Outlet partner acquisition and retention by resolving product concerns, ensuring timely solutions, and enhancing the partner experience
  • Enables customer-facing teams to deliver new product features, promotions, and offline payment initiatives
  • Collaborates with internal teams for joint business-building efforts and acts as the lead point of contact for Pera Outlet stakeholders
  • Works with the Customer team to execute Go-To-Market programs and communication strategies to grow key business metrics

Qualifications

  • Strong background in project management or product development
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years working experience
  • Driven, self-motivated and self-managed
  • Highly skilled in data analysis
  • Highly organized and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, specifically Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge and experience using SQL and Jira a plus
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
