About the Role

The Video Editor is responsible for producing engaging, high-quality video content that strengthens Bai Finance's brand presence and delivers meaningful financial stories, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns. This role combines creative storytelling with technical expertise to create visually compelling content optimized for various digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce video content for TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and internal campaigns.
  • Apply post-production enhancements such as captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure top-quality visuals and audio through color correction, grading, and sound mixing.
  • Research and apply social media trends and editing styles to boost engagement.
  • Adapt content formats for different platforms, ensuring accessibility and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams on campaign concepts and story development.
  • Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final outputs using company tools and shared drives.
  • Assist in planning and directing video shoots when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in video editing or multimedia production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual balance.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and content optimization techniques.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Experience using collaborative tools such as Asana/Trello, Slack, and Google Drive
