Job Title: Videographer / Video Editor

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Work Setup: Hybrid

Location: Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, social media, events, and internal use.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos with appropriate effects, transitions, graphics, and sound.
  • Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files.
  • Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage post-production tasks including color grading, sound mixing, and captioning.
  • Support photography or other multimedia needs when required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
  • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and storytelling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and resourceful.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Basic photography skills.
  • Knowledge of animation or graphic design.
  • Familiarity with current digital and social media trends.
