Job Title: Multimedia Project Manager

A dynamic and organized Multimedia Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multimedia projects, including video production, digital content, interactive experiences, graphic design, website development, social media. You will work closely with creative teams and technical staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand and companies goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end multimedia projects: concept, planning, production, post-production, and delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, videographers, editors, animators, developers, and marketers
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Oversee production schedules and content calendars to ensure timely delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between creative teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure creative quality and consistency across all multimedia assets
  • Troubleshoot issues, remove roadblocks, and proactively manage risks
  • Track KPIs and project performance, prepare reports, and optimize processes for future projects
  • Manage file storage, asset libraries, and post-production documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing multimedia, video, creative projects and web development teams
  • Strong project management skills (planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation)
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows video editing, animation, audio, design, web development and CRM development
  • Proficiency with tools like Asana, Trello, , or similar PM platforms
  • Understanding of creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Project Management, Media Production, Communications, or related field
  • Certification in project management
  • Experience working in a digital agency, media company, or in-house creative team
  • Familiarity with multimedia formats for web, mobile, and social media distribution
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles, web publishing, or interactive design
