Sales Executive

We're looking for a proactive Sales Executive who will build and manage partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to help promote our OFW loan products. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, and performance-based sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners such as OFW/Seafarer influencers, vloggers/bloggers, financial advisors, remittance partners, and organizations.
- Research and propose new partnership opportunities and growth strategies.
- Develop commission packages, incentives, and exclusive programs to attract and retain partners, including preparing necessary documents and data for approval.
- Conduct presentations, training sessions, and provide marketing materials and tracking tools to support new affiliates.
- Ensure all agreements, disclosures, and marketing assets follow company guidelines and regulatory standards.
Strategy & Campaign Development
- Execute data-driven affiliate campaigns to boost lead generation and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales and promotional assets (social media posts, email templates, banners, etc.).
- Help conceptualize promotions, seasonal campaigns, and engagement activities for partners.
Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication and meet with affiliate partners to strengthen relationships and maximize performance.
- Use tracking platforms and analytics tools to monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversions, CPA).
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify underperforming partners and implement improvement or reactivation plans.
- Provide continuous support to partners for any updates, issues, or concerns.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement and cost efficiency.
- Keep organized records of partner activities, data, and campaign documents.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance affiliate operations and productivity.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor programs, and new digital tools to innovate partnership strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales (experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage).
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to create and implement strategic sales or marketing programs.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and digital channels.
- Experience working with OFWs, influencers, or fintech is a plus but not required.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork when needed.
