Job Summary

We're hiring a US Healthcare Recruiter to source and place top-tier healthcare professionals across the US. If you have a strong understanding of healthcare roles and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various healthcare positions, including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Healthcare Admin Staff, and other clinical and nonclinical roles.
  • Coordinate with US-based clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Use tools like job boards, ATS, and VMS platforms to track and manage candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submittals to meet client expectations.
  • Stay updated on healthcare hiring trends and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with US healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing requirements.
  • Experience using ATS and VMS systems for sourcing and reporting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Knows how to use Boolean search and sourcing tricks to find great talent across different industries
