  • Oversee daily construction activities and supervise on-site construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that construction work is carried out according to the project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor the progress of the construction work and ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with survey, design, and procurement teams to ensure all technical requirements are met before execution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and complies with local building codes and regulations.
  • Perform regular inspections and quality checks during construction activities
  • Report any defects or discrepancies and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure all inspections and testing (e.g., compaction, concrete, and materials) are properly documented and approved.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC personnel for materials approval and quality assurance.
  • Conduct daily site safety checks to identify potential hazards and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  • Organize and participate in regular safety meetings and ensure that site safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Ensure that materials and equipment are available on-site when needed to prevent delays.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the construction team and other stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
  • Monitor and update the project schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
