The Office Staff provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to the company. Successful applicants will be assigned to a specific department—such as HR, Admin, Operations, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, Data Management, or Logistics—based on their educational background, skills, and relevant work experience. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and assists in meeting departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities (General)

  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as encoding, filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in coordinating departmental activities, schedules, and communication.
  • Manage and update records, databases, and forms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents, emails, and inquiries.
  • Support supervisors and department heads in daily operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection standards.
  • Assist in other tasks that may be assigned depending on the department.

Department-Specific Functions (Assigned After Hiring)

Depending on qualifications, the Office Staff may be assigned to roles such as:

1. Data Management / Operations

  • Data encoding, record tracking, daily logs
  • Basic data verification and report preparation

2. HR / Administration

  • Employee documentation, filing, scheduling
  • Processing leave forms, memos, notices

3. Accounting / Finance

  • Basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Voucher preparation, expense monitoring, document sorting

4. Engineering / Technical Department

  • Technical documentation
  • Monitoring reports, work orders, and inventory

5. Sales / Customer Service

  • Preparing quotations, sales reports
  • Handling inquiries and follow-ups

6. Logistics / Inventory

  • Tracking deliveries, stocks, and supplies
  • Coordinating with suppliers or internal teams

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree (any field).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willing to be assigned to any department based on skills and background.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
