Office Staff/Yield Specialist

- Yield Monitoring & Analysis
- Track and analyze production yield data, including raw material usage, product output, and waste.
- Identify deviations from expected yield and investigate root causes.
- Prepare regular reports on yield performance for management review.
- Process Optimization
- Recommend process adjustments to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to implement best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and adjust as necessary.
- Waste & Loss Management
- Identify sources of product loss during production, storage, or handling.
- Propose corrective actions to minimize waste and maximize yield.
- Track and report on scrap, rework, and rejected materials.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure production yield meets company quality standards and specifications.
- Verify that yield-related procedures comply with regulatory and food safety standards.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to production efficiency and waste management.
- Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with production supervisors, line leaders, and inventory teams to monitor material usage.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and deviations to relevant stakeholders.
- Support training and awareness sessions on yield improvement practices.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of production yields, waste reports, and corrective actions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly yield analysis reports.
- Document process changes and improvements for reference and compliance purposes.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, or standardization.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and lowering costs.
