MEDMARK TRAVEL Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Executive – CATHOLIC PILGRIMAGE TOURS, to join its team.

We are seeking to grow our team of experienced and successful Pilgrimage Partners. The right candidate will be an outgoing self-starter with a love for Christ, the Church, and group pilgrimage travel. The ideal candidate will have many contacts with clergy as well as lay and religious Catholic leaders across the Philippines and have good communication and sales skills.

Requirements and Skills:

  • existing multiple experience with sales & operations of Catholic Pilgrimage groups (preferred)

  • Proven success in a similar role in travel agency with focus on Sales of Catholic Pilgrimage tours (preferred)

  • well connected with clergy, seminarians, and lay faith formation leaders

  • Foster relationships with pastors, parish priests, deacons, Catholic schools and nonprofits, Catholic authors and influencers, and lay faith formation staff in an effort to secure viable group pilgrimages that will fill and be successful.

  • Work with priests and other Catholic leaders within your circle of influence to encourage them to offer a pilgrimage for their parish, school, or organization

  • Secure a well-connected chaplain, travel dates, and destination for a group pilgrimage.

  • Work with our operation team to provide a proposed itinerary for your priest/contact.

  • Extensive contacts with clergy and Catholic leaders across the nation.

  • Knowledge of the inner workings of a Catholic parish and the faith-forming value that group pilgrimages have to offer parish communities.

  • Ability to form and build relationships with busy priests, deacons, seminarians, and lay faith formation parish staff and volunteers.

  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with building detail travel itineraries for Groups (preferred)

  • Interest in travel, knowledge of world destinations, cultures, locations and pilgrimage and historical sites

  • Love travelling and have own travel experiences (preferred)

  • Self-happy, motivated, dynamic and passionate person regarding working

  • Manage client and communication to ensure accurate responses are received within 24 hours

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on work and company needs,

  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal, presentation and written,

  • Personable, with above average interpersonal and communication skills,

  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality,

  • Highly self – motivated and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and complete tasks with minimal supervision,

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information,

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel),

  • Excellent Time Management & Multi-tasking skills

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure,

  • University degree holder preferably as a minimum (not mandatory or high proof of connection and sales)

- Direct experience serving in a sales role in the group-travel/pilgrimage field.
