Job Summary:
The Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging, effective, and role-specific training programs to support the successful onboarding and development of new and existing employees. This includes conducting training sessions, coordinating learning activities, and providing feedback to enhance knowledge retention and skill development across various functions, including, however not limited to Trust Accounting and Virtual Assistant
services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Facilitation
● Deliver structured training sessions for onboarding, systems, process, and functional role requirements.
● Facilitate interactive learning experiences using a mix of in-person, remote, and digital delivery methods.
● Adjust delivery style and content based on learner needs and feedback.
Training Coordination & Support
● Coordinate training schedules in collaboration with hiring managers and the Training Lead.
● Prepare and maintain training materials, guides, and session documentation.
● Track learner attendance and participation, maintaining accurate training records.
Learner Engagement & Support
● Provide 1:1 coaching and support for new starters to reinforce learning outcomes.
● Act as a point of contact for trainees during the onboarding process.
● Monitor learner progress and escalate concerns or gaps to the Training Lead.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
● Collect and document feedback from learners and stakeholders post-training.
● Contribute ideas to improve training content, tools, and methods.
● Participate in regular debriefs with the Training Lead to refine delivery and curriculum design.
Qualifications:
●2+ years of experience in a training or facilitation role, preferably within BPO, finance, or tech environments.
● Foundational knowledge in accounting, finance and trust accounting.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Experience delivering training remotely (via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and in person.
●Comfortable working with training tools such as LMS platforms, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
● High attention to detail and organisational skills.
● Experience in supporting virtual teams or offshore service environments.
● Exposure to onboarding processes and administrative support functions (e.g., virtual assistant work).
● Certification in training or adult learning is a plus.
