About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at our Bridgetowne site in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to our pioneering financial account clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting salary of up to ₱15,000.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our products and services
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on any unresolved issues
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  6. Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficiency in English and at least one other local language
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  5. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changes in the workplace
