HR Generalist

About the role

As an HR Generalist at Ferna Corporation, you will play a key role in supporting the company's human resources initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. In this full-time position, you will be based in Navotas City, Metro Manila, and will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including training and development, employee relations, and talent management.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and deliver training programmes to upskill and develop employees
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws
• Investigate and resolve employee-related issues and concerns
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR initiatives
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with the company's goals

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in using HR software and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, but must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe
• Willing to work in Navotas City
