About the role
As an HR Generalist at Ferna Corporation, you will play a key role in supporting the company's human resources initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. In this full-time position, you will be based in Navotas City, Metro Manila, and will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including training and development, employee relations, and talent management.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and deliver training programmes to upskill and develop employees
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws
- Investigate and resolve employee-related issues and concerns
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR initiatives
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with the company's goals
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using HR software and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, but must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe
- Willing to work in Navotas City
