We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Admin Assistant to support one of our Australian clients in the construction industry. This is a full-time remote role offered on an independent contractor basis.

You'll handle day-to-day admin tasks, including managing communications, preparing quotations, updating the CRM, processing invoices, and assisting with basic marketing. Your support will help the team stay organized and efficient.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties including filing, report preparation, meeting coordination, and supply management.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for project site visits and client meetings.
  • Answer and direct calls to relevant team members or site personnel.
  • Draft and distribute project-related correspondence, such as emails, memos, and forms.
  • Assist in preparing regular progress reports, schedules, and documentation.
  • Encode and update project data in company systems and databases.
  • Process supplier and subcontractor invoices for approval and payment.
  • Prepare and issue quotations for materials, labor, and project services.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, price lists, and project files.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Executives.
  • Handle other construction admin tasks as required
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks such as posting updates on company social media, coordinating project photos, and preparing promotional materials.
  • Other ad hoc duties

Education and Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience as Construction Administrative Assistant or in any similar role.
  • Preferably with background in construction industry.
  • Above average English communication skills.
  • High-level attention to detail and confidence in analyzing data and creating reports.
  • Familiarity with office administration tools such as MS Office and the likes.
  • Prioritize and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
