Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop visual ideas for various media, such as static images, layouts, and animated graphics.
  • Conceptualize creative design for digital and print platforms, presentations, brochures, infographics, business cards, etc.

· Liaise with internal and global teams (marketing/brand) to understand their vision and needs.

· Manage website content by posting and updating news articles on ongoing and completed projects, while also designing mock-ups, assets, landing pages, and other web elements.

· Create and maintain presentation decks for corporate and client use, while editing and slicing videos to support new and existing system updates.

  • Upload, edit and process employee photos across all SJ Group of Companies.
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and colleagues to refine designs.

· Prepare final files in appropriate formats for printing or digital use.

· Guarantee timely delivery and high-quality execution of all outputs.

· Provide strategic guidance on creative best practices across branding, marketing, and digital content optimization.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· A Bachelor's/College Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising or other related fields.

· Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Graphic Artist/Designer with exposure in BPO or Shared Service environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver), Canva or any similar creative design tools.

· Proficiency in Word Press, Sharepoint, PowerBI.

· Able to work efficiently, independently and as part of collaborative team.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment while meeting deadlines.

· Must be extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

· Must be a creative thinker with an eye for design and details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php60,000.00 per month
