Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll conceptualize, design, and produce creative materials that bring brand stories to life. From digital layouts to marketing visuals, you'll turn complex ideas into captivating designs that connect audiences and elevate global real estate experiences.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off, Mon to Fri,7:00AM - 4:00PM PHT

Work setup: Hybrid, Megatower, Ortigas (3 days WFH, 2 days onsite)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant design experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is highly desirable but not required
  • Proven experience in branding, campaign, and advertising work (including print, social, and digital)
  • Web and digital skills are highly regarded (HTML, WordPress, Flash)
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the latest design trends and their role in a commercial environment
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in design and photo-editing software
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different brands
  • Strong attention to detail

Your Daily Tasks

  • Produce high-quality visual assets including logos, banners, interfaces, social media creatives, and EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail).
  • Pitch creative concepts and ideas
  • Collaborate with the team to launch projects
  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
  • Prepare rough drafts of materials based on agreed briefs
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements when required
  • Demonstrate exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage projects from initial concept to final delivery
  • Work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle 1-2 projects simultaneously
