Job Title: Content Coordinator

Location: Remote

Compensation: $7 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to support our team by managing digital content and maintaining structured workflows across client accounts. This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in creative and operational tasks, with a strong ability to multitask and maintain accuracy. The right candidate will help ensure content is timely, properly categorized, and consistently aligned with both brand expectations and current trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload media files into designated platforms or archives and ensure that they are arranged for optimal usability across teams

  • Tag, categorize, and label assets in a logical structure to facilitate quick and efficient access for internal collaborators

  • Perform regular reviews of file submissions, verifying quality and compliance with internal standards

  • Ensure content is aligned with client guidelines and follows current trends in digital engagement

  • Work with team members to suggest and execute content directions based on performance feedback and seasonal trends

  • Coordinate with other internal departments to guarantee timely and accurate asset delivery

  • Design promotional visuals and other creative assets using standard design tools to support campaign activities

  • Keep team documentation and workflow trackers up to date to enhance coordination and reduce friction in day-to-day processes

  • Communicate task updates and timelines through internal messaging platforms and follow through on daily assignments

  • Regularly check in with your manager to align on current objectives, revisions, or client feedback

  • And other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in digital content handling, marketing coordination, or a comparable remote support role

  • Proficiency in using design and editing platforms such as Canva or Adobe-based tools

  • Strong organizational capabilities and an ability to prioritize tasks independently

  • Familiarity with online content scheduling, asset management systems, and cloud-based productivity tools

  • Strong command of written and verbal English

  • A commitment to quality output and consistent follow-through on assignments

  • Comfortable working in distributed teams with asynchronous communication
