What You'll Do

Own the marketplace game – Manage and grow our stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.

Drive sales performance – Craft smart strategies to boost traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Perfect every listing – Optimize pricing, content, and promotions that make products stand out.

Lead the rhythm of retail – Plan campaigns, flash sales, and mega promos that excite shoppers.

Stay data-driven – Analyze trends, monitor KPIs, and turn insights into action.

Partner for impact – Collaborate with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to keep operations seamless.

Delight customers – Handle feedback, reviews, and service issues to elevate the shopping experience.

Stay ahead of the curve – Track competitor moves, algorithm updates, and emerging e-commerce trends.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify stores.

Deep understanding of e-commerce operations, sales strategies, and marketplace algorithms.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make smart business decisions.

Proven experience in inventory management and order fulfillment coordination.

Strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Self-starter who takes ownership, stays organized, and delivers results under pressure
