QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Business-related Course or equivalent
  • Must have at least 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience and with exposure in the food distribution industry
  • Coordinate with the Distribution Care Specialist in identifying the Salesman's skills and developmental capability.
  • Assist Field Sales Supervisor and Van Salesman to achieve monthly objective through implementation of approved Strategies and Action Plans.
  • Able to establish and maintain good working relationship with clients
  • Able to demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Well adept in the use of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Works well under pressure, has professional conduct and with good communication skills
  • Must have a Professional Driver's License code ABC
  • Can start immediately
