JOB SUMMARY

The Information Technology Specialist serves as a technical expert for the development, implementation, management, and support of systems and networks. The IT Specialist provides technical assistance to end-users, managing hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network security and data integrity. The IT Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining daily operations by ensuring all IT services are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of information technology or computer science
• Experience in Information Technology and solving various software and hardware problems
• Knowledge and experience in intermediate and advanced network design, implementation and maintenance
• Knowledge in configuration and troubleshooting of various network connections, security, and protocols
• Knowledge in Windows server environment, active directory, and Office suite applications
• Knowledge in installation, configuration and maintenance of network hardware, access points, and network switches especially with Cisco, Huawei, and Ubiquiti
• Knowledge in configuration and maintenance of various network radios and antennas for remote workstations
• Knowledge in administration, configuration and maintenance of network security cameras, network printers, biosecurity machines and other network-related peripherals
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
