Area Sales Representative – Western Visayas Area

Location: Western Visayas (Field-Based)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Representative (ASR) is responsible for managing and growing the operations of INGCO partner stores (Gen Trade, Dealers, and Mini Concept Stores) within the Western Visayas region. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, expanding market presence, guiding sales partners, and ensuring smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and equipped with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of regional sales targets by orienting, guiding, and supporting Gen Trade partners, dealers, and mini concept stores.
  • Communicate sales expectations to assigned areas and help monitor performance, productivity, and monthly targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and quotas aligned with national sales objectives.
  • Provide regional sales data and insights for strategic planning and business improvements.
  • Prepare and execute action plans related to sales productivity, customer service, and operational standards.
  • Resolve partner concerns, monitor trends, conduct audits, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Forecast sales requirements, manage budget allocation, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Acquire and build relationships with new sales partners for INGCO GenTrade concept stores.
  • Maintain and expand customer base by establishing strong rapport with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Process client orders, monitor store performance, and provide updates on partner feedback and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
  • Experience as an ASR in construction, hardware, power tools, or hand tools is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, and able to manage multiple accounts across a wide area.
  • Willing to travel across Western Visayas frequently.
  • Can start ASAP is an advantage.
