About the Role

Are you an
animal lover with a passion for sales and client relations
?

We're looking for a
Sales & Client Relations Associate
to work closely with
veterinary clinics and pet owners
— helping them adopt and maximize a digital platform that enhances clinic operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned partner clinics and represent the company's platform.
  • Assist in transferring and organizing clinic records into the digital system.
  • Promote the use of the app among clinic staff and customers for bookings and transactions.
  • Encourage customers to download and use the app while helping clinics improve engagement and efficiency.
  • Meet assigned targets related to user adoption, downloads, and repeat app usage.

Qualifications

  • Experience in
    sales, client relations, or customer service
    is a plus
  • Tech-savvy
    and comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    — able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Undergraduates are welcome
    , as long as you have strong people skills and professionalism.
  • Applicants must be near the Morong, Rizal area.
  • Confident, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships and upselling when needed.
