Job Responsibilities:
Monitors and supervises the Delivery Support Staff
Ensure the team is attending to the Delivery Team's inquiry promptly and provides support as soon as possible.
- Ensures the team is attending to the Sales Team's inquiry promptly and provides necessary information as soon as possible.
- Provide reports that the Logistics Officer requires.
Escalate issues of the delivery team to the Dispatch Team Leader or Dispatch Team with regard to updating or other delivery concerns.
Real-time update of Sales Order (S.O.) Tracking Sheet
Continuously monitor and update the S.O. tracking sheet in real-time, using the delivery updates shared in the Viber Group Chat (GC), ensuring that all delivery statuses are accurately reflected and current.
Review and Audit S.O. Tracking Sheet for Incomplete or un-updated Deliverables
Regularly review the S.O. tracking sheet to identify any missing or outdated delivery entries, promptly following up with the relevant team members to ensure all records are up-to-date and complete.
Monitor Delivery Fleet Movements Using Tracksolid GPS
Utilize the Tracksolid GPS app to track the real-time movements of the delivery fleet, ensuring that all deliveries are on schedule, and proactively address any delays or issues.
Collaborate with the Sales Team for Delivery Coordination and Issue Resolution
Act as a liaison between the delivery and sales teams, promptly communicating any concerns or challenges related to delivery timelines, product availability, or customer requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Update Sales Account Manager on Backlog Deliveries
Keep the sales account manager informed of any delayed or backlogged deliveries, providing them with regular status updates and any necessary actions to mitigate customer impact or scheduling conflicts.
