About the role

We are looking for a results-driven and highly enthusiastic Marketing Assistants to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for assisting in the execution of effective trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase product visibility and sales. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in events coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and implement tailored trade marketing plans in line with brand and sales strategies
  • Coordinate with the sales team for the execution of promotional activities across various channels (traditional and modern trade, e-commerce, digital platforms, etc.)
  • Helps in analyzing sales data, research for latest market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and to optimize trade marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with Graphic Artists, Marketing Supervisor, Marketing Manager, and Sales Team to ensure strong brand presence and to come up with trade strategies
  • Support the marketing team in the development and execution of broader brand marketing campaigns
  • Continuously monitor and research for upcoming trade events for possible trade participation for brand awareness and partnership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a trade marketing or retail marketing role, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Work experience in events coordination and trade promotional activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
  • Creative problem-solving skills, proactive, and has a results-oriented mindset
