Qualifications:

  1. Graduate or undergraduate of Marketing, Communication, Education, or related field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  3. Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  4. Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
  5. Able to work independently and collaboratively
  6. Willing to work in Rosario, Pasig City in one of our subsidiaries - Pasig Green Pasture Christian School.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns to promote enrollment and school events.
  • Help design and distribute marketing materials (flyers, posters, digital posts, banners, etc.)
  • Support the management of social media accounts - posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
  • Help maintain the school website's marketing content (announcements, events, photo updates).

Enrollment Support:

  • Assist in lead generation activities such as inquiries follow-up, referrals, and "bring a friend" campaigns.
  • Maintain records of prospective enrollees and track conversion progress.
  • Assist during enrollment drives, orientations, and open-house events.

Event Coordination:

  • Support marketing-related school events (Family fun run, Open House, Recognition Days, etc.)
  • Coordinate logistics, documentation, and promotional coverage before, during and after events.
  • Take photos and video for publicity and recordkeeping.

Community Relations:

  • Assist in developing partnerships with local churches, barangays, and community groups for outreach and promotions.
  • Help in organizing and participating in community-based marketing activities such as exhibits, school fairs, or church visitations.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain a database or marketing materials, contracts, and event records.
  • Prepare simple reports on marketing activities, inquiries, and enrollment feedback.
  • Provide clerical support related to marketing operations as needed.
