About the Role:

  • Our client, a leading Healthcare sector is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information through various communication channels while maintaining company standards.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2–5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve issues while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
