Role: Customer Service Representative - Order Management (Blended Account)

Role Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to join our order management team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to customer orders, including order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least college level education
  • Minimum of 6 months previous BPO experience
  • Preferably with prior experience in order management (back office and voice) and handling CRMs
  • Able to speak comfortably in English
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
