About the role

Join our vibrant contact centre team as a Customer Service Representative at CPI Management Services' office in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently and professionally

  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Contribute to continual process improvement by providing feedback and suggestions
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and provide a positive experience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
