About the role

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for our guests. This full-time role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests expect.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a spotless environment
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of all hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues in guest rooms or public areas
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Prior experience in a similar housekeeping or room attendant role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
