About the role
This is a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) role within the Healthcare division of Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. The role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and involves providing high-quality customer service support to clients in the healthcare industry.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from customers and providing accurate information and efficient resolution of customer queries and issues
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of cases
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as required
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and making recommendations to management
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
- Participating in training and development activities to continuously enhance your skills
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer enquiries and issues
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A team player attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluency in both English and Filipino
