About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) role within the Healthcare division of Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. The role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and involves providing high-quality customer service support to clients in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and providing accurate information and efficient resolution of customer queries and issues
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of cases
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as required
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and making recommendations to management
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Participating in training and development activities to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer enquiries and issues
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A team player attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino
