As a CSR -Dental you will be responsible for the following:
- Provides administrative support to the dental team in a busy dental clinic.
- Responsible for managing office operations, patient communication, appointment scheduling, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.
- Ensure smooth clinic operations, improving patient experience, and supporting the dental staff in delivering high-quality care
- Provide insurance Verification, billing, & administrative Support
- Assist with Treatment Coordination
- Marketing & Patient Outreach
- Handling Requests & Documentation
- Any tasks provided by the manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office & BPO healthcare is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and patient care processes is highly beneficial.
- Experience with any dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and practice management software.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Amenable to work on site with US schedule (PST/DST)
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.
