About the role

City Savings Bank is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Branch Service Officer to join our Kidapawan Branch team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail banking branch located in Kidapawan City, Cotabato.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly and efficient assistance to customers at the teller counter, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services
  • Promote the bank's products and services to customers and cross-sell relevant offerings
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures for cash handling and branch operations
  • Contribute to the achievement of the branch's sales and service targets
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail banking role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in basic banking operations, including cash handling, account maintenance, and transaction processing
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed
