As the Branch Operations Head for the Kidapawan Branch of City Savings Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail banking services. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations and leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Kidapawan branch, including teller, customer service, and back-office functions
  2. Manage and supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  3. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  4. Analyze branch performance metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise
  6. Collaborate with the regional management team to coordinate branch activities and contribute to the overall success of the organization

Job Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
  2. Proven track record of successful branch operations management, including staff supervision, customer service, and process improvement
  3. Strong understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures, with the ability to ensure compliance
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and lead a team
  5. Proficient in financial analysis and data management, with the ability to interpret and use performance metrics to drive decision-making
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
