Join a dynamic media organization as a Financial Controller and drive financial excellence.

This role involves combining financial expertise with passion for the music industry to gain global exposure in a creative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics skills, along with deep understanding of IFRS and local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Finance Director on monthly reporting processes, analysing and reviewing financial data including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
  • Responsible for regular analysis and financial reports to support business decision making.
  • Monitor monthly closing of accounts, ensuring timely submission of reports to Corporate, including forecast and budget reporting.
  • Prepare various analyses, financial reporting, and presentations for management, including supporting deal or project analysis when necessary.
  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for tax preparation, auditing, and other financial needs as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in FBP, FP&A, Controllership, or Finance Management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and business analytics skills.
  • Deep understanding of IFRS, local tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP tools.
