Service Delivery Team Lead

Competencies:

  • Effectively oversees cross functional teams (Project Management Unit, Technical Operations, and Sales), ensures alignment, collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensures smooth process flow, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of defined outcomes with high quality.
  • Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, understanding their needs to provide the best service possible.
  • Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), monitors service delivery progress and enforces compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain service excellence.
  • Proactively identifies areas for improvement, implements process enhancements, and drives efficiency in service delivery.

What we're looking for:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
  • Having a Masteral Degree and other certifications or licenses is not required, but is an advantage
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar or related role
  • Must be knowledgeable in cloud and cybersecurity services.
  • Should have a deep understanding of service management principles, frameworks, and best practices to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Should possess leadership qualities to guide and motivate their team members. This includes the ability to delegate tasks, provide clear directions, and inspire collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong project management skills to plan, organize, and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Should be adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions. They should have the ability to think critically and make decisions quickly to address service-related challenges.
  • Should have knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure that service delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php110, Php120,000.00 per month
