Marketing Communications Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings fresh ideas to life, and has a passion for visual storytelling and brand excellence. You will support the Director of Marketing Communications in executing impactful campaigns, producing compelling content, and elevating the brand's presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Marketing Communications in the planning and execution of marketing and communication strategies.
  • Manage the production, layout, and quality control of all print, digital, graphic, and visual materials.
  • Create visually compelling designs and collaterals using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Assist in developing content for social media, website, email communications, and various marketing channels.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across distribution and digital channels to support strategic decision-making.
  • Produce and edit videos for promotional content, social media, and in-house marketing needs.
  • Capture event, interior, food, and lifestyle photography when required; retouch and enhance photos to align with brand standards.
  • Ensure all materials produced meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Contribute creative concepts and innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools; skilled in Canva and video editing.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in an advertising/design agency, hotel, or restaurant marketing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting creative ideas and information.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, distribution channels, and online consumer behavior.
  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills to support data-based campaign decisions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, imaginative, and resourceful with a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in event, food, and interior photography is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using iMac systems and design software.
  • Guest-oriented, collaborative, and able to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams.
