Job Description

This role is for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Team Lead who will oversee the development of test plans to deliver enterprise software platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience mentoring and guiding teams on QA best practices, developing and maintaining test plans, and defect tracking and management.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing test plans to assist in delivering enterprise software platforms.
  • Mentoring and guiding QA teams on best practices.
  • Managing defect tracking and resolution.
  • Ensuring high-quality outcomes through effective testing strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Extensive experience in testing with knowledge of methodologies, terminology, and scripting techniques.
  • Experience working in large enterprise teams and agile sprints.
  • Prior experience as a QA team lead is preferred.
