Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers using online tools, databases, and inbound lead sources.
  • Qualification:Engage with prospects to assess needs, determine fit, and qualify them for the sales process.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities, update CRM records, and ensure accurate tracking of sales stages.
  • Communication & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media messaging to connect with prospects and clearly communicate value propositions and product offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport with prospects to nurture trust and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets, continuously evaluating and improving personal sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience specifically as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Demonstrated experience using HubSpot CRM to manage sales pipelines and track customer interactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
  • Knowledge or interest in promotional, government, or nonprofit sectors is a plus.
