  • Case Intake & Documentation:

  • Record and organize new incident reports within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Maintain a complete, accurate, and updated case database.

  • Evidence & Document Gathering:

  • Coordinate with site managers and security for affidavits, CCTV footage, and other supporting documents within 48 hours.

  • Assist in gathering and organizing evidence needed for legal filings.

  • Case Management & Tracking:

  • Maintain a case tracker (Excel/Google Sheets) with updated status, deadlines, and responsible parties.

  • Monitor progress of ongoing cases and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Legal Document Preparation:

  • Draft demand letters, affidavits, and complaints within prescribed timelines (5–10 working days).

  • Proofread legal drafts and ensure accuracy of citations, names, and case references.

  • Court & Prosecutor Coordination:

  • Calendar hearings and deadlines at least 10 days in advance.

  • Assist external counsel in preparation for court filings and submissions.

  • Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit weekly case status reports every Monday before 12NN.

  • Provide management with timely updates on critical legal cases.

  • Regulatory & Compliance Support:

  • Assist in compliance monitoring with relevant government agencies.

Support internal audits and policy implementation related to legal matters.
