Paralegal Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn? We're looking for a Paralegal Assistant to provide essential support to our legal and administrative operations. In this role, you'll assist with fieldwork, prepare and organize important documents, draft affidavits and other legal requirements, and help create reports and proposals. You'll also work closely with our team to resolve issues, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to maintaining a collaborative and professional workplace.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and writing ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document preparation
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
