JOB SUMMARY:

  1. Responsible for business and market research of real estate potentials across all regions of the Philippines for SM Group expansion.
  2. Delegated major tasks by the Manager and VP for land prospecting, acquisition, business research, regional expansion, and other related assignments.
  3. Manages assigned research projects and leads a group of research analysts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and best-use analysis of sites in key cities and municipalities (residential, office, retail, industrial, hotel).
  2. Perform competitor research across all residential product types nationwide.
  3. Research development restrictions and policies (e.g., CLUP, ordinances, national policies) in cities and municipalities suitable for residential development.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Graduate of Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related courses.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the real estate industry.
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Background in research and financial modeling.
