  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all production equipment.
  • Oversee equipment repairs and upgrades to maximize uptime and productivity.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize equipment performance through process improvements and parameter adjustments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to optimize production workflows.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee facility layout and design to optimize production flow and safety.
  • Manage facility utilities (electricity, water, compressed air) to ensure efficient usage.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage engineering projects, including new equipment installation, process upgrades, and facility expansions.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct safety inspections and training for employees.
  • Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Develop and manage the engineering department's budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them.
